The urban plan aims to create a new kind of urbanity conceived across multiple layers mobility, landscaping, public space and building volumes grounded in in-depth studies of urban integration, mobility and landscape.
The urban park is the structural element of the entire plan: it functions as a space for leisure and connection between the different areas of the plan and their surroundings, as ecological infrastructure, and as a mitigation element for the future TTT.
The masterplan also incorporates climate adaptation and water management solutions: rainwater retention zones, diversified habitats and green corridors reinforce biodiversity and ensure the ecological continuity of the territory.

The territory will receive the landfall of the future TTT, a new metropolitan transport infrastructure integrated into the urban design of the masterplan. The central park plays a fundamental role in mitigating the impact of this large-scale infrastructure, creating buffers and covering some of its sections, transforming them into quality public space and safeguarding the urban quality of the surrounding area.
